More than 400 people will be employed at Natadola Bay resort after it opens its doors in May next year.
Newly appointed Manager Neil Houghton has confirmed that resorts opening will bring about more investment opportunities for the country and they are now concentrating in utilising all locals for the vacant jobs.
Houghton who is currently with the International Golf, Resort and Spa will now manage the resort.
