Expect more rains and flash flooding of low lying areas for a few more days.
Speaking to Village News, Nadi Weather Office Director,Rajendra Prasad said even though Cyclone Gene is moving away from the group, the effects will still be felt.
Prasad said it will rain for couple of more days with strong winds and low lying areas is expected to get flooded.
He added that people should still take precautions.
