While the Public Service Commission will continue working on ways to reduce civil service expenditure next year, they also are looking at employing more capable people and professionals to improve service delivery.
PSC Chairman Rishi Ram said there is possibility next year that a number of vacancies will be advertised in some critical areas of the civil service.
