The Fiji Audio Visual Commission is confident of bringing in major productions from the US and Australia to produce movies in Fiji next year.
FAVC CEO Taniela Bolea said with the new incentives offered to the Audio Visual Industry they are positive in attracting more productions to Fiji in 2009.
Bolea also revealed that a movie producer from Bollywood is also on the verge of making a decision in making a film in Fiji.
It was announced in the 2009 National Budget that the film tax rebate of 15% will be raised to 35% next year.
