Additional charges have been laid against a 26 year old man who was earlier charged with 11 counts of obtaining money by false pretence and 9 counts of forgery.

Alvind Singh appeared in court this afternoon and is now charged with a total 22 counts of obtaining money by false pretences and charged with being in possession of paper for forgery.

He has been released on strict bail conditions, to report at Nabua police station three times a week, to surrender all travel documents and not to change his place of residence.

The case is adjourned to May 28th.

It is alleged that Singh produced fake visas and sold them to members of the public for more than $100,000.
