The SDL Party said National Council for Building a Better Fiji (NCBBF) member Peni Moore needs to know that Fiji does not lack capable leaders.
SDL Director Peceli Kinivuwai said Peni Moore's sentiments are baseless and mischievous.
Moore during consultations on the draft Charter in Nausori early this week said she has not voted in the elections as she did not find anyone capable to lead the country.
