Student rep Helen Erenio Silvia said people should only focus on the positives highlighted in the mass media.
Tonight in the Junior Division will be International Primary, Rishikul Primary, St John Bosco Primary and Bainivalu Primary while Suva Grammar School, Rishikul Sanatan, Monfort Boys Town, Sila Central High and Lomary Secondary will perform in the Senior Division.
Thursday night will see Nabitu District, Nakelo District, Pacific Harbour Multi-Cultural School and Dilkusha Girls Primary facing off in the Junior Division while the Senior Division will have Tavua District Secondary, Cuvu college, Khalsa college, Tavua college, RKS and St Vincent.
The finals will be on Friday night.
