The money collected from the Solevu and choir competition will be directed to various departments in churches around the country.
Former President of the Methodist Church Ratu Meli Saukuru confirmed the church had already made a budget to fund the renovations and developments in the church departments which includes Administration offices in the 31 Methodist schools around the country.
Meanwhile, the competition continues today at Furnival Park, Toorak.
