The Taukei Sawaieke, Ratu Tevita Momoedonu believes the work carried out by the five consultants in the National Council for Building a Better Fiji should have been carried out by locals who understand the problems better.

Speaking to Fijivillage, Ratu Momoedonu said it would be hard for an outsider to come in and try to solve our problems since they do not live with us on a daily basis to know the difficulties the different races go through in their daily lives.

Momoedonu also questioned the amount of money paid by the interim government to this consultancy.
