The NCBBF public relations and media team touring the North have so far received mixed reactions on the consultation document on the People's Charter process.
Speaking from Cakaudrove Provincial Office in Savusavu, Member of the team Elisapeci Tamanisau told Fijivillage News that many people are unaware of the People's Charter process.
She said about 100,000 documents have been printed to distribute to every household in the North.
