Police have raised concerns on the large amounts of metals being stolen in the Western Division particularly from the Lautoka Sugar Mill premises.
Assistant Spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said they have also received reports from the Lautoka City Council whereby sewerage lids and other metals have also been stolen.
Sokomuri said they have also identified some people who have been found buying these stolen scrap metals.
