The South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPSE) has today raised serious concerns over misleading information being circulated to shareholders regarding various public listed companies.
SPSE CEO Jinita Prasad said they received numerous enquiries from shareholders regarding changes to various boards of these listed companies which are simply incorrect. Prasad said this is causing a lot of uncertainty amongst the investors.
Prasad also revealed that they are closely monitoring the Public Listed Companies to ensure that any changes made are according to the requirements of the Exchange.
