The Sports Ministry wants an inquiry in relation to the concerns raised after the boxing program held in Suva last Saturday.
Director Youth and Sports Makereta Sauturaga said they will write to the Boxing Commission to look into the matter as serious allegations have been made.
One of the Directors of the Boxing Commission, Allan Harris had alleged that the Boxing Commission of Fiji knew early last week that Mosese Sorovi was not fit to fight in the main bout of the Matanuku Back to the Future Promotion.
Meanwhile Boxing Commission Chairman, Sakaraia Tuva has refused to comment on all the issues highlighted by Harris.
