The Lands Ministry is working on ways to hold back some of its skillful workers who then will be able to train new recruits.
Permanent Secretary Maria Matavewa said while they are aware of PSC's plan on offering voluntary redundancy packages to civil servants from January next year, they are also looking at ways how they can keep their skilled staff in the Ministry.
Matavewa added the Ministry is also undergoing some major reforms whereby they are trying to merge some positions.
