The Ministry of Indigenous Affairs hopes that the 14 provincial councils will deliberate and hand in their submissions on the proposed village by-laws before the 25th of this month.
Deputy Permanent Secretary, Colonel Apakuki Kurusiga is calling on the Tikina representatives who have not taken a copy of the draft by-laws to collect it from his office.
Kurusiga said the village by-laws are set up because there should be an organized attitude of respect which is to be accorded in the village.
