The Ministry of Justice is hopeful that the Interim Government will grant their $1 million dollar allocation when the National Budget is announced this Friday.
Permanent Secretary Justice, Colonel Pio Tikoduadua who is currently in the Netherlands said the Ministry plans to computerise its services in the various registries.
Tikoduadua adds the time for manual processing has long gone.
Meanwhile, Tikoduadua also said with the budget allocation they will be able to extend their birth certificate services to other parts of Fiji.
