The Interim Minister for Lands and Mineral Recourses has revealed that they are looking for other interested parties to operate the Vatukoula Gold Mines as negotiations with new Mining Company Westech is taking lot of time to conclude.
Tevita Vuibau told Legend FM News that an expression of interest was been called for when no deal reached with Westech after six months of talks.
Westec Director, Brian Wessan, is expected to comment later who had said yesterday that they are now in the dark on why the Interim Government is now looking for other companies.
