Interim Education Minister Netani Sukanaivalu said he is following the High Court's order to reinstate Tevita Koroi as the principal of Nasinu Secondary School.
Sukanaivalu said they initially had decided to take disciplinary action against Koroi but he will continue as principal for now.
Sukanaivalu said they will now wait for the Public Service Commission's directive if any appeal will be filed against the court order.
Koroi was suspended for writing to all the FTA members and school committees that schools should be closed during the FTA strike.
