A world wide audience of millions will also be on local surfer Isei Tokovou who is competing with some of the best in the world at the Volcom Fiji Pro that is underway in Tavarua.

President of Fiji Surfing Association, John Philips said Tokovou has the home advantage of understanding the waves.


The Volcom Fiji Pro returns after a lapse of four years, and world class surfers like defending champion Kelly Slater, Mick Fanning and Jordy Smith are participating.

The 13 day event has a prize purse of US$425,000.
