National swimming rep Douglas Miller recorded another personal best time at the World Championships in Spain in the 200 metres Individual Medley.

Miller recorded a new time of 2:14.27 knocking 2.08 seconds off his previous personal best.

Miller earlier broke the national record in the 100metres Breastroke.

Meanwhile, Caroline Puamau won her heat and had the fastest time amongst the Pacific Island swimmers in the Women’s 50m Backstroke with a time of 30.36 seconds.

This is Caroline’s fastest 50metres Backstroke in seven years and it’s just 0.17 seconds outside of her 2006 national record time.
