Albert Miller is confident the decision to remove him as the President of Athletics Fiji will turn in his favor in this weekend's Athletics Fiji Special General Meeting.
Miller was removed as the President of Athletics Fiji last month following a vote of no confidence from the Executive Committee of Athletics Fiji.
Miller said Athletics Fiji affiliates have called for a special meeting because they are unhappy with what is going on.
Miller added that he has sought legal advice and he is confident that his removal was unconstitutional.
In an earlier interview, Athletics Fiji Interim President Dr Ayoade Alakija said the reason for Miller's standing down as President is an internal matter.
Miller was first elected as President of Athletics Fiji in 2010.
The Special General Meeting will be held at FASANOC this Saturday at 3pm.
