The high rate of skilled workers leaving our shores yearly is very worrying.
Those are the words of FIT Director Dr Ganesh Chand who said he is concerned with the brain drain phenomena which will surely result in the shortage of skilled workers in 5 to 10 years time.
Chand said FIT churns out 100% of Fiji's skilled labour force yearly and government should step in to try and ensure we do not lose these skilled workers.
