The Fiji Football Association has cleared Navua midfielder Alvin Avinesh to join Lautoka this season.

Chief Executive Bob Kumar said Lautoka paid $12,000 for his to the Fiji FA however saying that the amount asked by Navua is too much even though they had a contract with Avinesh.

Kumar said they will discuss this money matter at the Fiji FA Board of Control meeting on Sunday in Lautoka. But in the meantime they have released Avinesh to play for Lautoka.

Also, Fiji FA will decide this afternoon whether Ba striker Osea Vakatalesau can also play for Lautoka although Ba has not released him yet.

It is understood that Vakatalesau will also be given the green light to play for Lautoka by Fiji FA, after Lautoka soccer paid the amount asked by Ba soccer, to Fiji FA.
