The Methodist Church of Fiji's stand on the Draft People's Charter is firm, they are against it.

Assistant General Secretary, Reverend Tuikilakila Waqairatu said they have not changed their stance since the Draft Charter was made public last Wednesday.

Waqairatu said the church standing committee will meet later this week to formally draw up their reasons on each section of the Draft Charter.

Also, Questions send by Fijivillage to Church President Reverend Laisiasa Ratabacaca on the reason on why the church has taken such a stance against the Draft People's charter remains unanswered.
