The message is simple in the Digicel Fiji 7's team camp for this weekend's South Africa 7's that they are focused on one thing - to win in George.

The team had their last training session this morning and went to visit the Mossel Bay Correctional Facility for boys aged from 14 20 years of age.

The highlight of the visit was when the team performed the cibi in the courtyard for the inmates.

Manager Sale Sorovaki said while the visit was for educational purposes it does not take away the focus to do well in this tournament.

Fiji is likely to opt for an experienced line-up in their opening pool game where Jerry Burotu, Sitiveni Waqa and Watisoni Votu will run in the forwards while Emosi Vucago, Miti Nacagilevu with either Nasoni Roko or Joeli Lotawa at rover and Saimoni Nuku on the wing.

They will play against Namibia at 11.43pm tonight in the first game and USA at 2.49am tomorrow morning and then takes on Samoa at 6.54am.
