Mental preparation is vital with only four days to go for the annual Coca Cola Games!
That is the sentiment of former Marist Brothers High School high jump champion Antonio Rahiman.
Rahiman who still holds the record for the Senior Boys High Jump with a jump of 2.09 metres set in 2003 said it is very important for the athletes to be mentally prepared.
Rahiman added that support from the team and family members all contribute to the success of the athlete on the day of competition.
Adi Cakobau School is the defending champions for the girls while Suva Grammar is the defending champions in the boys division.
The two-day Coca Cola Games kicks-off at the TFL Stadium at 9am on Friday.
