Two men charged with abduction and manslaughter were today granted bail by the Suva High Court.
Koseni Sasau and Semeti Ravai have been told to appear at the Vatuwaqa police post once a week and not to interfere with the prosecution witnesses.
The DPP has been given 21 days to get the charges in order before a plea is taken.
The case is adjourned to December 4th when the plea is expected to be taken.
Sasau and Ravai are alleged to have abducted Sukhul Deo from his home on Diwali night and his body was found an hour later at Vishnu Deo road in Nakasi.
