The Fiji Media Council for the first time since its establishment in 1998 will carry out a review of its operations.
Chairman Daryl Tarte said the Council has engaged the services of Jack Herman, Barrie Sweetman and Suliana Siwatibau to carry out the review. He said as an independent body they want to make sure that they are carrying out their duties properly.
Tarte said by calling for written submissions from the public they can see which areas they can improve on.
