A three member team appointed to review the Fiji Media Council has received a number of submissions from Non-Governmental Organizations, members of the public and government on certain changes that need to be made.
Head of the Review Team Jack Herman said people in their submissions want a change in the operations of the Fiji Media Council.
According to Herman, a few people have also raised concern that the Media Council needs to be more vigilant and see that the Media behaves properly.
The three member team includes, Jack Herman, Suliana Siwatibau and Barry Sweetman.
They are expected to hand in their review report by the end of this month.
