Keven Mealamu will try to help his struggling Blues team this week when he returns to face the Hurricanes this weekend.
The Blues captain was sidelined last week due to a calf injury but fellow front rower Tony Woodcock is still injured.
The Blues will play the Hurricanes at 7:35pm this Friday.
