Vodafone Flying Fijians coach John McKee believes local based player Manasa Saulo has matured in his role as a tight head prop.
Saulo and Nemani Nagusa are the only local based players named to start against Italy tomorrow.
McKee said he is impressed with Saulo and Nagusa.
Skipper Akapusi Qera led the team in the captains run this morning where Crusaders star Nemani Nadolo handled the kicking responsibilities.
