McKee says players need to work on their basics

Vodafone Flying Fijians head coach John McKee who has been assisting Telecom Fiji Warriors coach Senirusi Seruvakula in the World Rugby Pacific Challenge said the local players need to work hard on their basics and principles of the game.

McKee was concerned with the ill-discipline shown by the local players on Tuesday.

He said apart from this, they have to improve on their set plays.

The Telecom Fiji Warriors will face Junior Japan at 3pm today.

In other games, the Argentina Pampas will face Tonga A at 11am while Samoa A will face Canada A at 1pm at the ANZ Stadium.
