Sunia Koto will start ahead of Tuapati Talemaitoga at hooker while Tevita Cavubati will replace Api Ratu-ni-yarawa at locks.
Masi Matadigo has been called up to replace Akapusi Qera at number eight.
In the backline, nippy half back Henry Seniloli will be playing in front of his home crowd for the first time at number nine while Crusaders bound Ben Volavola has been given the big responsibility to start at fly half.
Also making his comeback is former Chiefs winger Asaeli Tikoirotuma who will pair up with Waisea Nayacalevu while Levani Botia will start at inside center.
