The All Blacks will welcome back skipper Richie McCaw with open arms for Sunday morning’s Rugby Championship decider against the Springboks in Johannesburg.

McCaw has recovered from the knee injury suffered a month ago against the Wallabies and coach Steve Hansen expects him to front at Ellis Park as long as he comes through training this week.

The only injury concern in the All Blacks side is Owen Franks but Ben Afeaki will join the squad as cover.

The Springboks meet the All Blacks in the Rugby Championship decider at 3am this Sunday while Australia faces Argentina at 10.40am.

South Africa must beat New Zealand with four tries or more and they also have to deny New Zealand a losing bonus point to stop the All Blacks from winning the Rugby Championship.
