All Blacks captain Richie McCaw is confident that Dan Carter will wear the No 10 jersey when the international season starts next month.
Carter has endured a tough season since returning to duty in the second half against the Cheetahs in round five.
Tom Taylor has been preferred at first five and Carter is now being eyed as a possible number 12 in next month's tests against Ireland.
The Crusaders will face the Rebels on Saturday at 9:40pm.
Tomorrow the Blues take on the Lions at 7.35pm while at 9.40pm the Waratahs meet the Bulls.
