Springboks Victor Matfield and Bryan Habana are expected to be declared fit and named in the Bulls lineup for Friday night’s match against the Crusaders.
Lock Matfield has missed the last three rounds because of a shoulder injury, while wing Habana has been sidelined since February 28 after having an operation on the hand he broke playing against the Lions.
Bulls coach Frans Ludeke confirmed the duo should make their comebacks after his side were beaten 36-12 by the Highlanders in a shock result in Palmerston North on Saturday.
In this week’s match, the Bulls meet the Crusaders at 6:35pm on Friday.
