Off the field incidents and allegations of match fixing has casts a shadow over the Courts Homecenters IDC currently underway at Prince Charles Park.

Navua President Anil Sharma was allegedly threatened in the last pool game between Navua and Nadi last night by soccer fans who claimed that he had fixed the match for Ba to bow out of the semifinal.

Navua beat Nadi 4-nil to finish in the top spot in Pool 2.

Our reporter Irfaan Khan said fans start swearing at the Navua management after Navua scored 2 goals in a space of 3 minutes but Sharma denied the match fixing allegations saying that his side was a better team.

Also Fiji FA vice president Faiyaz Ali was assaulted by another fan in the Navua and Nadi game as he claimed Ali was responsible for match fixing.

Ealier on, Ba lodged a protest against Rewa for fielding Marika Rodu who has already received two yellow cards.

Fiji FA awarded the match to Ba but they still failed to qualify after Navua defeated Nadi.

And the Nasinu soccer association has accused the Labasa soccer President Abinesh Kumar for trying to bribe 3 of their key players for them to give the game away.

Nasinu President Praveen Chand claimed that Kumar came to their camp and gave $900 dollars to the players.
