One of our main heroes of the Hong Kong 7's tournament has been booted out of the Digicel Fiji 7's team for the last leg of the IRB 7's series.
Playmaker, Nikola Matawalu came drunk to camp and has been replaced by Sikeli Vuruna.
This is a big blow for the player and the team as Matawalu was named the player of the Hong Kong 7's where Fiji beat New Zealand in the final.
We have asked Fiji Rugby Union Operations Manager, Vilikesa Rinavuaka on what they plan to do after dropping Matawalu.
The Scotland 7s tournament will kick off this Saturday with Fiji taking on Zimbabwe at 10.36pm.
Fiji then takes on Portugal at 1.42am Sunday and Argentina at 5.37am Sunday.
The cup quarters kick off at 10.58pm Sunday, the cup semis start at 2.48am Monday and the Scotland 7s Cup Final will be played at 5.36am Monday.
