Super Rugby winning Chiefs winger Lelia Masaga will leave New Zealand at the end of the 2013 Super Rugby season and play in Japan.

The twenty six year old winger has signed a two year contract with Japanese club Honda.

The winger who has played 80 games for the Chiefs and earned the nickname 'Flash' for his speed and try scoring abilities said that it was a really tough decision to make.

Masaga is in his eighth season with the Chiefs, has played one test for the All Blacks and is a former Junior All Black.

The Chiefs play the Blues on Saturday at 6.35pm.
