Looking at the Fijivillage Medal tally, Marist Brothers won the title with 19 gold, 18 silver and 9 bronze while Suva Grammar school finishes second with 16 gold, 10 silver and 10 bronze
In the girls Suva Grammar School has retained the title after with 18 gold, 7 silver and 5 silver while Lomary Secondary school is second with 3 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze and LDS is third with 2 gold, 1 silver and one bronze.
Two other records were also broken this morning. Suva Grammar School's Lepani Naivalu broke a 15-year-old record in the Junior Boys 100 metres when he finished his race in a time of 10.9 seconds. The old record in 1993 set by Marist Brothers Sione Fa was 11.67 seconds while in the Inter Boys 400 metres heats, Warasiko Toge of Lomary Secondary broke the record in a time of 51.7 seconds while the old record was 51.74 seconds set by Atunaisa Veisa of Marist Brothers in 1999.
