We start off with the Legend FM medal tally for the 2012 Coca Cola Games this hour.

In the boys division, Marist Brothers High School continues its lead with 14 gold, 6 silver and 1 bronze.
 
Defending champion in the boys division, Suva Grammar School is in second place with 10 gold, 6 silver and 2 bronze while Xavier College is third with 2 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze.

Marist has won the 13th gold medal through Joseph Mow in the Junior Boys Long Jump and the 14th gold through their senior 4x100m relay team.

Marist extended its lead after winning the Junior Boys discus where Tafa Varea won the gold, silver went to Josua Serukilagi of QVS while bronze went to Maurea Konrote of Rampur College.

Christian Singh won gold in the Junior Boys High Jump for Marist while William Lewesi won the Senior Boys Triple Jump gold for Marist.

Lewesi said this gold medal win is special to him.


Lewesi also dedicated the win to Banuve Tabakaucoro.


Ratu Tira Narara also won gold for Marist in the Senior Boys 800 metres final a few minutes ago.


Isikeli Waqa has just won gold for Marist in the Senior Boys High Jump clearing the bar at 2.05 metres.

Defending champion in the girls division, Adi Cakobau School 
lead with 7 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals.

Grammar is in second place with 6 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze.

Jasper Williams High School from Lautoka is in third place with 4 gold, 6 silver and 2 bronze.

Looking at the 4x100 metres relay finals : Assemblies of God School have taken gold in the sub junior girls, the Grammar girls took gold in the Junior 4x100 metres final, ACS took gold in the Intermediate girls 4x100 metres. 

ACS also set a new record of 48.80 seconds. 

The Senior girls 4x100 metres final was taken by the Grammar team.

In the boys 4x100 metres finals, LDS took gold in the sub junior boys while the Grammar boys won the Junior 4x100 metres final and the Intermediate 4x100 metres final.
