Marist 7s draws announced
The Digicel Fiji Babaas has been drawn in Pool 16 alongside Tribe Fusion, Burenitu Votua and Post Fiji Crusaders.
Wardens Gold is in pool 9 with Naculava, Vunimono and Shipping Service Stallions.
Defending champion, Army Green is in pool 1 with Bennet Exile Rugby, Concrete Solutions 1 and Covenant Brothers Red.
After the round robin pool matches, two rounds of eliminations will take place before 8 teams are left, who then progress into the Cup Quarterfinals.
In addition to the main cup competition there are two Fiji Premium Oldies pools and two Tribe Women pools.
Marist Rugby Club President Lawrence Tikaram said this year’s tournament is one of the biggest in its history.
This morning, Digicel Fiji today announced their sponsorship with $5,000 merchandise for the tournament.
The Marist 7s kicks off at 8am Friday, with Army Green meeting Bennet Exile Rugby.
