The Commissioner Northern has stressed that a huge number of people in the Northern division are yet to be consulted on Draft People's Charter and there is a need to review the Charter Teams performance.
Colonel Inia Seruiratu said he has not received what percentage of people have been consulted so far however with very limited timeframe given they need to do a lot of work.
The second round of consultations in the Northern Division is expected to start soon.
