A manhunt continues for the driver of the mini bus which was involved in a fatal road accident this morning in Nabukavesi along the Queens highway.

A 28-year-old woman died in this accident when the minibus veered off the road and hit an electric post.
 
The woman died at the scene while another two passengers are admitted in the CWM Hospital with serious injuries.

The passengers were able to assist Police officers with their investigations.

Meanwhile, in another case the driver of a rental car died around 9am today after his car was involved in a head on collision with a bus at the junction of Momi Road, Nawai in Nadi.

It is alleged the driver of the rental car who was traveling alone lost control of the vehicle and veered onto the opposite lane when it hit the oncoming bus.

A 28-year-old woman died in Nabukavesi, along the Queens road around 6am today when the mini bus she was travelling in veered off the road and hit an electric post.

The driver of the minibus is on the run.

Meanwhile, in another case, traffic officers are at the scene of an accident that occurred at the junction of Momi Road, Nawai in Nadi in the last hour where a rental car was involved in a head on collision with a bus.

The driver of the rental car died instantly at the scene of the accident.
