A father of 5 had reason to smile after winning $500 from Home Finance Company under its feedback survey exercise.
Eparama Tawake of Suva who has been a customer with HFC since 2004 filled in a customer feedback form in December last year and was chosen as the first winner after a draw.
Tawake said the cash prize has come as a great gift and it will help with his daughter's studies.
Meanwhile, another winner, Petero Nauqe of Nasinu said that the $300 win is a timely gift from God as he needed money urgently to help his brother who is sick.
HFC CEO Isikeli Tikoduadua said that they decided to come up with the Customer Feedback exercise last year to improve their relations with customers and be more customer oriented financial institution.
He said they are still going through the feedback and will implement some into HFC's policies.
