An active student who lost his eyesight at the age of 17 in 1981 after getting hurt while playing rugby and falling off a cliff is now a successful father, grandfather and the Chief Executive Officer of the Pacific disability Forum.

45 year old Setareki Macanawai said being disabled in anyway does not mean that one loses hope, but one should still stride forward and try to achieve the goals set in life as nothing is impossible.

Macanawai said he got a lot of support.
