Police are looking for a Tailevu man who allegedly assaulted his wife after a domestic dispute that landed her in hospital two weeks ago.
Assistant Police Spokesperson Corporal Suliano Tevita said the woman was discharged from hospital last week, but Police are yet to locate the husband who is believed to be somewhere in Suva.
He will be taken in for questioning as soon as Police are able to locate him.
The woman was found lying unconscious a few meters from her house. She was taken to Korovou Hospital and was later transferred to the CWM Hospital where she was admitted for a week.
