A 42 year old father and church minister charged with one count of indecent assault, two counts of rape and one count of incest was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment by the Suva High Court today.
The court heard that the incident happened on three occasions in 2006 between January and February when the victim who was his daughter was ten years old.
Judge Justice Salesi Temo sentenced the 42 year old man to 15 years imprisonment for the four counts which are to be served concurrently.
