A 60 year old man and his 32 year old nephew are admitted in the Nadi hospital following a dispute over a piece of land yesterday afternoon.
The alleged incident took place in Voutalevu, Nadi when the two fought over claims that they are the rightful owners of a piece of land.
Assistant Police Spokesperson, Sergeant Suliano Tevita said the two allegedly had a physical fight where it is alleged that the 60 year old got hold of a garden rake and allegedly assaulted his nephew.
Both of them sustained serious injuries and are under observation at the Nadi hospital.
