A man in his early 30's lost his life on the roads this morning after the car he was driving hit a 10 wheeler truck at the Nadi back road.
Divisional Traffic Officer Western, ASP Richard Raju confirms the deceased was travelling towards Lautoka at about 5am he suddenly lost control of his car at a bend and hit the side of an oncoming truck.
Raju said another passenger in the car received serious injuries and has been admitted in Lautoka hospital.
Police at this stage do not have the identity of the deceased and are trying to locate his family members.
